Discuss optimizing your Facebook ad campaigns with your account manager at TherapyEverywhere. Note that running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn or other platforms is not included in the monthly subscription fees. After you and TherapyEverywhere have an agreement about working on your Facebook ad campaigns, the next step is to enable TherapyEverywhere to prepare, monitor, and/or tweak your campaigns.

Give us access to your Facebook ad campaigns

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Invite the Facebook advertising expert at TherapyEverywhere to be a Facebook friend. You can proceed to the next step after the  Facebook advertising expert accepts the Friend request.
    1. Enter the email address provided to you by your TherapyEverywhere account manager.
    2. Note – this may be the email of one of our Facebook advertising experts. It may not necessarily be the email of your account manager.
  3. Go to Facebook Ads Manager: https://www.facebook.com/ads/manage/
  4. Click Settings. Scroll down to Ad Account Roles. Click Add a User.
    1. Enter the email address of the Facebook advertising expert provided to you by your TherapyEverywhere account manager.
      Note – this may be the email of one of our Facebook advertising experts. It may not necessarily be the email of your account manager.
  5. Choose Ad Account Advertiser and click Submit.
