Put your Verified by PsychologyToday button on your website! When a client sees the Verified by PsychologyToday seal, it provides confidences that you have a valid license and that you are not subject to any license strictures preventing practice. Use the PsychologyToday seal to promote your practice.
Do you have a Psychology Today profile?
If you pay for a Psychology Today profile, then you can have the Verified by PsychologyToday button on your website. Consider how you want to use the PsychologyToday seal. You can use the seal to link back to your PsychologyToday profile, or you can just display the Verified by PsychologyToday seal.
Do you want your “verified by” button to link back to Psychology Today?
For most therapists, it is not a good idea to send potential clients back to PsychologyToday once they have already reached your site!
What happens if you stop paying for your Psychology Today profile?
If you stop paying for your Psychology Today profile, you should remove the Verified by PsychologyToday seal immediately. You don’t want to be in the position where the seal says Not Verified.
