Privacy Policy

Therapy Everywhere / Method M Ltd. ("Therapy Everywhere," "we," "us") provides marketing services to therapists and mental health practices. This policy explains what personal information we collect through therapyeverywhere.com (the "Site"), our ads and our consultation forms, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to see, correct or delete it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a free consultation, fill in a contact form, or submit a lead form inside an ad on Facebook or Instagram, we collect:

Your name, Email address, Phone number, and the details you choose to share in the message, such as what you would like help with

When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) also collects the time you choose and any answers you give on the booking page.

We do not ask for, and please do not submit, any information about your own clients or patients.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site or interact with our ads, we and our advertising and analytics partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect:

Pages visited, links clicked, time on site, the page that referred you, device and browser type, IP address, and approximate location (city or region, derived from IP). This is the case whether you submitted a form or booked a call after seeing or clicking one of our ads

2. How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

  • Contact you about the consultation you requested, by email, phone or text, and to prepare for that call
  • Answer your questions and, if you become a client, provide our services
  • Send occasional updates about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

We use automatically collected information to:

  • Understand how the Site is used and improve it
  • Measure whether our ads lead to consultation requests
  • Show our ads to people who have visited the Site, and to people similar to them (see section 4)

We do not sell your personal information for money.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram): lead forms inside our ads, and ad measurement and targeting. Receives information you submit in a Meta lead form, and Site activity collected by the Meta Pixel.
  • Calendly: scheduling consultation calls. Receives your name, email, phone, booking time and booking-page answers.
  • Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager): ad measurement, remarketing and Site analytics. Receives Site activity, and hashed (encrypted) email and phone of past contacts for Customer Match.
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT ads): ad measurement. Receives Site activity collected by the OpenAI Ads pixel, including when a form is submitted or a call is booked.
  • Constant Contact: email newsletters. Receives the name and email of subscribers.
  • Website hosting provider: hosting the Site and receiving form submissions.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business (in which case we would notify you).

4. Cookies, pixels and advertising

We use the following advertising and analytics technologies:

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads (including remarketing and Customer Match). Google uses cookies to show our ads to people who have visited the Site, on Google Search, YouTube and partner websites, and to measure results. With Customer Match, we upload the email addresses and phone numbers of people who have contacted us to Google Ads. They are hashed (encrypted) before upload, Google uses them only to match to Google accounts so it can show or measure our ads, and Google deletes the uploaded data after matching.
  • Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. Meta collects information about your activity on the Site to measure our ads, show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and find people with similar interests. Meta may link this to your Meta account under Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • OpenAI Ads pixel. Measures whether our ads in ChatGPT lead to a consultation request or booking.

Third-party vendors, including Google and Meta, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

How to opt out:

Opting out does not stop you seeing ads; they will just be less tailored.

5. How long we keep it

We keep consultation request and contact information for as long as it is useful for staying in touch with you about our services, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Client records are kept for the length of our working relationship plus any period required by law or tax rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 6).

6. Your rights, including deletion

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Delete your personal information
  • See a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Stop sending you marketing emails (or click "unsubscribe" in any email)

To make a request, email info@therapyeverywhere.com with the subject line "Privacy request," or call 833-476-9364. Tell us the name and email you used. We will confirm we received it and act on it within 30 days. When we delete your information, we also delete it from Calendly and our email system and remove you from any audience lists we upload to advertising platforms, such as Google Customer Match.

If you submitted a Meta lead form, you can also manage your data through your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states with privacy laws, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising. Email us and we will honor these requests. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site and our services are for professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

We are based in Israel and our service providers are mostly in the United States. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, under the protections described in this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
